Pricing terms
All prices are starting base rates. Final cost depends on the make, model and weight, access difficulty, fault, number of specialists, job duration and site distance.
Parts, oils, fluids, filters and other consumables are charged separately. Additional work identified during diagnostics requires customer approval.
Minimum billable time on site is 2 hours. Night, weekend and holiday visits are charged at 1.5 times the standard rate.

Do you provide call-outs across Ukraine?
Yes, call-outs across Ukraine, including Kyiv and Kyiv region, are available by arrangement. Provide the town and machine location; our manager will confirm availability, timing and cost.
What information is needed for a repair estimate?
The machine make and model, fault description and location. If possible, prepare the serial number, fault codes, photos or video. Send these to our manager on WhatsApp.
What does the calculator include?
The calculator gives a preliminary labour and base call-out estimate for the selected conditions. Parts and materials are excluded. Mileage, final scope and VAT are agreed separately.
Can equipment be repaired on site?
The scope of on-site repairs depends on the fault and component access. If workshop facilities are needed, we will arrange delivery to our Boiarka base.
Do you work with VAT-registered businesses?
Yes, payment by bank transfer with VAT is available. Company details, work scope and payment terms are agreed before the job.
